To be one of my major Animaniacs OCs, a character must have a full name, have been drawn once by me, and either have appeared in one of my fanfictions or be planned to appear in one of my fanfictions. Most of my major OCs are closely tied to the Warners, though one is a foe-turned-friend of Slappy Squirrel.
